The room was OK, but it was missing a bedside table. Worse, the bar next door plays music loudly until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. It's loud enough that Shazam can identify the songs from inside the room.

I never got a check-in message, and nobody answered the supposed 24/7 number when I arrived. I had to pay around 108 euro for another hotel for one night. I tried the number many times the next day too, with no answer, then sent an email and finally got the door key and room number. This cost me a lot, and they won't refund that first night.

I never got the check-in message with the room number and code. After calling the help line a hundred times, I waited for hours, and the calls cost me a 90 euro fine, more than the room itself. I asked for a refund and got no reply. Worst place. Don't go here.

The hotel is well located near lots of tourist attractions, and the room was clean enough. But there was nowhere to put our things, no shelves or dresser, which was really annoying for a stay of more than one night. We were given just two towels for two adults. I called customer service three times: nobody answered the first call, the man on the second said he'd text me a code for the linen room so I could get towels, but no text arrived. On the third call, a woman said she'd pass the message to housekeeping, but nothing happened.
