Airport Apartments

Getting from the airport to the hotel was easy, though expensive. The stay itself was pleasant enough for our 17-hour stopover on the way to America. But getting back to the airport was a struggle. We didn’t know the area or language, and spent an hour looking things up on Google and calling local companies that had trouble speaking English. Eventually we managed to get Yango, similar to Uber, on our phone and arrange a taxi. My family and I felt stranded and vulnerable. We had time to work it out, but tourists need clearer help getting back to the airport, which seems like something the hotel would often need to support. The information provided was practically nonexistent, and Forenom’s Finland customer service number wouldn’t connect. It spoiled what should have been an exciting stopover and the start of our holiday.
