More than a month after our stay, there’s still no reimbursement or meaningful follow-up from Altaf, despite his clear promise to compensate us. That promise was one reason I initially left a positive review in good faith. The listing says the property suits four guests, but there’s only one double bed, which makes it inaccurate and changes how usable the accommodation is. When we raised this, Altaf repeatedly minimized the problem. His responses sounded reassuring, but nothing was actually resolved. A deeply disappointing experience, and I’d urge future guests to be cautious.

Each apartment has a full set of home appliances, from a rice cooker to a laundry machine, and the cooking and dining utensils are more complete than what I have at home. The living room has leather sofas, with separate air conditioning for the bedroom and living area. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the staff were super friendly. Absolutely delighted, and I’ll stay again whenever I’m in Nadi.

We only stayed one night because our evening flight arrived and we had an early departure the next morning from Denarau. The large presidential suite was clean, quiet and air conditioned, and the pool was clean and refreshing. It’s close to the airport and the main road. At night that road looked a little dodgy, though probably safe, with late-night bars, convenience stores and fried food takeaway options. There were cooking facilities in the room, but we didn’t use them during our short stay.

There was no refund, update or resolution more than a month after Altaf promised reimbursement for the inconvenience. I’d left positive feedback at first because I expected him to honour that promise. When we raised the room issue, he kept minimizing it and offering reassurance instead of addressing it. The place is advertised for four guests, but has just one double bed, so it doesn’t match the capacity in the listing. Overstatement in the listing, concerns brushed aside, and promises from Altaf left unfulfilled. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend booking.
