Hotel Oasis

The boy was the exception, but otherwise the staff were incredibly unreliable. We waited an hour at the front desk for service, and they didn’t answer the phones or seem to care how long customers were left waiting. Communication between staff was painfully slow. Other customers were frustrated too, and checkout took ages as well. I regretted booking this place. Pathetic service.

Most things in the room were broken or didn’t work, and there was no housekeeping or maintenance. Hot water was missing most days, too. The staff were very rude and seemed to dislike guests, and the promised service wasn’t provided. What are we paying for, just a bed?

We had no problems during our stay. The owners were really nice, and the room had air conditioning. There’s a pool as well.

A friend’s room leaked during a day of heavy rain, and none of the bed sheets, pillowcases, or towels were changed. We also found very little cutlery or crockery, and the cups were so small they seemed made for children. The staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming when I stayed here last weekend with friends from the Pacific. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a stay.
