Nasau Resort & Villas

My brother and his friends are staying at the hotel this weekend and are having a great time. The staff have been welcoming, the property is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are beautifully cleaned. It seems like a perfect place to relax. We love everything about Nasau & Villa Resort. Vinaka vaka levu to the wonderful staff.

The four-bedroom villa was beautiful, and when plumbing failed and flooded one room at midnight, the staff helped us by arranging another room. That was appreciated, though the whole property needs a thorough clean and a lot of maintenance. The pool stayed dirty throughout our holiday and the water turned murky. Breakfast wasn't worth paying for either, it was very basic, with eggs, pancakes, and sausages costing extra. The hotel is a long way from the airport and the bigger chain supermarkets, so without your own or a rental car, I'd choose somewhere else.

We arrived to a cold reception, especially from the front desk staff, who came across as unfriendly and stuck-up. Our room was dirty, the towels smelled like eggs, and when we asked for toilet paper it never came, so we had to go to the front desk ourselves. The rooms and service were terrible. Save your money and don't stay here.

There’s a lot of potential here, but the place is horribly run down and the photos are outdated. Our first room had so much condensation that water dripped from the ceiling; the next had cockroaches. They offered a third room, but after waiting 15 minutes outside with our luggage, we gave up and asked for a refund. Never again. Do not stay here.
