Premiere Apartments

We were tired after our early morning flight, so being allowed to check in ahead of time was the best part. The rooms were roomy, tidy and clean, with comfortable beds and our own bathrooms, including an ensuite in one room. It was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well in the hot, humid weather. Having a kitchen made it easy to shop and cook in the apartment. The washing machine and dryer were useful too, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

A clean place close to Nadi town, with air conditioning, a TV, full furnishings and everything you might need in the kitchen for cooking.

I paid 3k and regret staying here. They seem to think they can compete with top hotels, but they’re nowhere near that standard. I wouldn’t recommend Premiere Apartments Nadi to anyone. Several things in the apartment didn’t work: the range hood, dishwasher, dryer and Wi-Fi. The manager, Zoheb, kept saying a technician would come that day or the next, but nobody ever showed up. We were out during the day, and when we returned late, the manager had gone and the problems were still there. Once, we asked him to replace a bulb. He damaged the holder and left without telling us, so we had to call him back to replace it. When I asked for compensation because so many items weren’t working, he said it wasn’t their policy and asked whether I look for appliances when I make a booking. Three days before we left, I raised the issue again. He said the owner in NZ wouldn’t pay for repairs, and that staff weren’t being paid either. He also said he’d found another job and would be leaving soon. I found him very unprofessional and not equipped to deal with international guests. The business felt negligent and below standard.

We didn’t get our place until after 5pm, even though check-in was at 3. The blankets had disgusting stains, the air conditioner dripped onto the tile about two feet from the bed, and the hot water tank seemed no bigger than a 2-litre soda bottle. Terrible place, don’t stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
