Blue Light Village Hotel

We paid for a deluxe room for two nights, but for the first night they put us in the kava bar and called it a dormitory. The next day we were moved to a standard room. When we checked out, we asked for a refund based on the room we paid for versus what we actually got. They refused, saying they had “accommodated” us, as if we should be grateful and should’ve cancelled. Very disappointing. I can’t recommend staying here.

I paid for a hotel through Qantas hotels and arrived at 11pm on my check-in date, only to be told they were fully booked and had no room for me. They wouldn’t refund me, then told Qantas hotels that I never showed up. I was scammed here. I can’t stand people lying instead of admitting they got it wrong.

A rubbish place to stay. The shower had no water, the room was dirty and the blankets stank. The washroom facilities were poor and unclean, and there was no light on the steps up to vip room 6.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. When I’m in Nadi, it’s an affordable, safe and clean place to get away from home for a while. The staff are kind and friendly, and I feel at home there. I’d definitely recommend it to locals looking to spend some time away.
