Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG

We loved our stay, even though it was only one night at the end of an eight-day cruise. It was so relaxing that it felt much longer, and being near the airport worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was good, though I would’ve liked more protein options. The beach out front wasn’t somewhere I’d choose to swim, but it was still a nice enough view.

The breakfast buffet was worth going for, it didn’t disappoint. We arrived around 9 pm on Thursday, tired and keen to shower and sleep, and were shown to our room quickly. Our beach-view junior suite was just right for two. It was clean and spacious, with a roomy bathroom, a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view.

The resort was lovely, but the people there are what made the trip special. Ima was so kind and patient while braiding hair, and she’s really talented. My nieces absolutely adored her. The Bula Boys were another highlight, especially Jes and Eugene. They brought energy and genuine care to the activities, making them fun for the kids and enjoyable for the whole family. We all looked forward to seeing them each day. Thanks to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We’d happily come back.

Our last breakfast is something we’ll never forget. The team sang us the beautiful Fijian song ISA LEI as a farewell, and it brought tears to our eyes. Please look after these wonderful staff and give them the recognition they deserve. They’re a big reason guests return. We had a great time at Crowne Plaza Fiji. The breakfast buffet was incredible every morning, the kids loved the pools, and the facilities went beyond what we expected. Most of all, everyone was warm and welcoming, especially with our baby. Gabbi (Kelepi), Simi and Semisi felt like friends by the end of the trip. There were others whose names we didn’t catch, sorry, but their kindness and energy meant a lot to our family.
