More than 150 of us were accommodated at Tanoa International Hotel at very short notice after our Jetstar Airways flight was disrupted, making for an overnight stay we hadn’t expected. We checked in late, around 8:00 pm, but the team arranged dinner for everyone by 9:00 pm. They also organised an early breakfast for 5:00 am so we could leave on time and travel home safely. Jope, the restaurant manager, deserves special thanks. He stayed overnight to make sure everyone was looked after and fed, and his dedication and leadership stood out. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and efficient service during a stressful situation. Highly recommended!

I’d happily stay at Tanoa again after the wonderful week my colleagues and I had in Nadi for a work event last November. The accommodations and event space were both great, and the staff made a big difference. Esita took such good care of our rooms, and her notes, greetings, and attention to detail meant a lot. Suli’s kindness and friendly hospitality left a lasting impression. Ilei gave our event terrific support all week, with warmth and a real connection to our group. Koroi always greeted us warmly and somehow found time for a chat, even when things were busy. Vinaka to the whole Tanoa team for an unforgettable week!

The stay was okay, but a couple of details brought it below what I expected. I booked a Deluxe King room and arrived to find two separate double beds instead. I’d also filled in a special breakfast request form, but the breakfast never came and nobody followed up. I hope they pay closer attention to bookings and guest requests in future.

Fiji Air gave us a day room here after a bird strike delayed our flight to the US. The location is wonderful, as you’d expect in Fiji, and the staff were very nice. We enjoyed lunch and the pool. The hotel grounds are under renovation, with new dining and amenities due to open in the next few months.

The room service was handy, and there’s free Wi-Fi and an airport shuttle. The rooms were very nice, with quiet, effective AC. The outdoor restaurant is moderately priced, and the coffee and snack bar makes an excellent flat white.
