I paid for two family villas but was given two standard rooms instead. The showers were broken, there was a stain on the bedsheets, and one towel smelled. One room's air-conditioning remote didn't work, while the other had water leaking from the AC pipe. Music played until 10:30pm, then at 11:30pm I was moved to another room because they couldn't find a remote to turn off the AC. This was the worst birthday experience for me and my guests. I want a refund for the downgrade I never agreed to. Avoid this villa at all costs.

The room was really good and the customer service was excellent during our one-night stay. But breakfast was disgusting. Several cockroaches were crawling over the buffet table, including all over the bread plate. The chef took it away and seemed to be swapping the plate, so I asked him to throw it out instead. Completely unhygienic. Eww.

The team all felt welcome thanks to the kind, attentive staff, whose service was the standout for us. We also loved the fresh, flavorful food and how nicely it was presented. The peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made it a great place for our team to unwind. A wonderful stay.

The staff were so friendly, and the warm atmosphere made the stay feel special. Rooms were stylish and immaculate, with an airy, open feel. This will definitely be my holiday home next time too.

Aku at reception was especially lovely, always smiling and welcoming, and went the extra mile. The rest of the staff were lovely too. It's a small villa-style hotel that feels airy, light, and spacious.
