I went to Holiday Inn Suva at the last minute to arrange decorations for a famous cheesecake for a 21st birthday, after having little hope since I’d been turned down before. Leaving it so late was completely my fault, but Hasmukh kindly understood and went out of his way to call in the bakers and ask them to decorate the cake on display in time. He was all smiles and his hospitality felt genuinely happy. Thanks to Hasmukh and the team at Holiday Inn, everything worked out perfectly. I really appreciated the marvelous service and the help making the celebration special.

Don, Farisha, and Hasmukh are what make my stays at Holiday Inn Suva feel so personal. They work so well together, and their care reflects beautifully on the hotel. It honestly feels like coming home. Farisha remembers the little things and seems to know what I need before I ask. Hasmukh handles requests calmly and kindly, and Don is always welcoming, reliable, and quick to help. From arrival onward, all three make me feel valued. Our family felt so welcomed and celebrated at Holiday Inn Suva during our birthday gathering on 31 January 2026. The Banquet team, Lino, Sioharth, Lusi, and Ifereimi, looked after everyone with real warmth and kindness, and their smiles made the evening even more special. Prashita Chand and Reonita Kanimea were a huge help with the planning. Their support, professionalism, and care for the details made it all feel easy. We're very grateful to the whole team for going above and beyond.

Clean, cool rooms, and the free laundry is a nice bonus. The staff are the reason I like Holiday Inn Suva, especially Peeni. The door team make you feel welcome, and the food service staff are really attentive.

The location was handy for getting to shops, restaurants, and transport, and the amenities helped make my 11-day stay comfortable. Staff were friendly and ready to help, while check-in, check-out, and requests were all handled smoothly. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and in good shape throughout.
