The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The hotel is pet-friendly, though some rooms aren't available while renovations are underway. The restaurant menu is limited, especially for vegetarians, but I've always managed to find something to eat.

The room was spotless and practical, with a clean, comfortable bed. We didn't eat there, though the menu looked good. The one drawback was that you can't eat or drink in your room. We did hear some noise from other rooms because the walls aren't soundproof. It was a quiet place to stop overnight on the way home, with parking and friendly staff. The hotel is near a supermarket for supplies and close to the motorway, though not right beside it. There's also a relaxed lounge area.

The staff are so helpful and informative. There wasn't a vegetarian option that night, but they suggested a nearby restaurant that worked well. We also appreciated being able to take breakfast with us, which made it easier to leave very early for the Calais crossing. We always stay here when traveling between France and the UK, and it's perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest after a long drive. We just stopped for the night while driving down through France. It's easy to reach from the motorway, with fuel, fast food and a good patisserie nearby. Plenty of parking, and it was quiet and clean. The rooms and beds are a good size.
