The woman on duty was so kind and helpful, and there’s a great bar downstairs. It’s also just a short walk to the beach. Really nice hotel for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was charged for the stay, but nobody has replied to my refund requests. I’d booked well in advance through Booking.com and arrived during the stated 14:30-16:00 check-in window. There was nobody at the hotel, and calls to the number on the door and on Booking.com went unanswered. It ruined the trip, and I had to make emergency arrangements at extra cost. The service was poor. Since I can’t reply to your response, perhaps you’d also like to deny that this is the hotel.
