From here, the old port, the small beach, and the shops on Fishermen's Island are nearby. The cliffs and La Conque beach are a five-minute walk away, as are the port and its night entertainment. The residence is beautiful and well kept, with a lovely pool and paddling pool. In my opinion, it's one of the nicest residences in Cap d'Agde.

Everything is within walking distance: the beach is five minutes away, and shops, restaurants, and the port center are about ten minutes away. The residence is peaceful and gorgeous, with a pool and paddling pool 👌🏻 I recommend it 1000%!

Beaches and the port are close enough to reach on foot, so you only really need a car for shopping. The residence is well located and quiet, with a pool, a children's paddling pool, and enclosed private parking. I have a studio apartment for rent on the first floor with views of the marina and Fisherman's Island, if that interests you.

The views over the port and pool are stunning, and the residence itself is beautiful with a pool. Parking is pretty chaotic, though. Owners of large sedans, SUVs, or minivans may need to take up two spaces.
