They were able to fit us in at short notice, and everything was well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was lovely too.

It's a bit of a distance from town, but the peaceful setting, ample on-site parking and spacious rooms suited us well. The old buildings are beautiful, and there are lovely dining areas for breakfast and dinner. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. My only complaints are the awful morning coffee and, well, who could resist a rainbow-striped giraffe in the lobby and a hippo covered in lipstick kisses in the little garden? We enjoyed our stay very much.

The restaurant was so good that we ate there twice. It has a lovely new conservatory, with first-class cooking and excellent service. We stayed three nights at this recently refurbished Logis hotel outside the centre of Sarlat. Our room was comfortable and modern, with quiet air conditioning. The bathroom and separate toilet were very clean and modern. Staff at reception and our evening restaurant waiter were very friendly. They served drinks on the terrace, but there's no bar or comfortable sitting room to sit and chat. The simple continental breakfast wasn't included in our rate, which we always find disappointing. Still, we'd recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bed and everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Breakfast looked very basic, though, with little choice, so we decided to eat somewhere else.
