There’s plenty to do nearby, from cycling and walks to hiking and treetop adventure courses. Shops are only 5-10 minutes away on foot, and the port is a 15-minute walk. Parking is available around the cape and at the beaches. The residence is secured by a large electric gate, and has two big pétanque courts, a tennis court, and one of the most beautiful and largest pools in Cap d'Agde, measuring 20x10m. It’s tucked away from the port and leisure island noise without being miles from them. Set on the heights of Cap d'Agde on Mont Saint-Martin, it’s planted with pine trees, shrubs and palm trees. Breakfast in the residence even comes with squirrels for company. I’m not disappointed with this place. I already miss the sound of cicadas, and we’ll come back with our eyes closed.

The afternoon pool attendant helps keep things peaceful, and the people here are pleasant. A really nice residence.

With two tennis courts and a big pétanque court, there's plenty to do. It's a very pleasant, quiet residence, and the swimming pool is one of the biggest in Cap d'Agde.

There aren't many people around at this time of year, in early April, so it's peaceful under the pine trees. The residential area is well kept.

The golf course view and cycle paths everywhere made our holiday feel off to a good start. It's a lovely, quiet apartment residence with a pool and tennis court. Everything was great.
