I'm giving one star only because zero isn't an option. Avoid this place at all costs. They put money first and would rather people put themselves in danger than issue a refund. They showed no understanding of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, what you'd call force majeure, though Ms. Lydie apparently disagreed. Avoid them like COVID.

The place was in impeccable shape, and the staff were excellent. We spent a few nights there with friends while exploring Marseille, and even got some lovely surprises along the way. Thanks again!
