This is a scam! I prepaid for a future stay but had to cancel for hospital reasons. They refunded me €7 less than the amount I paid. More than 10 days later, nobody has replied to my emails. I’ve phoned many times, but no one has given me a reason or a solution.

It was very clean and well equipped, and warm everywhere except the bathroom. A good spot for two people, three at most. The metro is nearby, five minutes to Castellane, and the city center is an easy 15-minute walk. I definitely recommend it for a city break.

After half my stay without internet, I had to ask other people in the building for their Wi-Fi password. That “magically” worked, while the connection I’d been using had suddenly stopped and never came back. I need internet for work, so I called the owner. In broken English, he blamed my devices, even though they’re brand new, then completely ghosted me. Terribly unprofessional. After the owner’s response: Dear sir, I called you twice, not ten times. I can add a screenshot if you want. We spoke the first time, but when I called back, you blocked my call. I texted you once on WhatsApp. I could have been much more insistent, but I chose to be nice. You read the message and ignored me. How am I in the wrong? I needed to work and you didn’t provide an internet connection, so I had to ask other guests. That’s unacceptable.

The Spanish government wouldn’t let us fly to France because of Covid-19, and all flights were cancelled. They still didn’t give us a refund.
