Vacancéole - Palmyra Golf

The panoramic outlook over the Cap d'Agde golf course is lovely, and the residence has secure private parking, an elevator, and a heated indoor pool for residents. It was quiet when we visited out of season. One thing missing, though, is a place to park bicycles.

The place is really well laid out and sits right by the golf course, with a private pool too. It was just right for my few days there. Getting the key was a bit of a hassle, and checkout came early, so there wasn't much chance to stay in bed in the morning.

We were two families, and the team at the Cap d'Agde agency kindly put us in adjoining ground-floor apartments with easy pool access. They were very welcoming, both on the phone and in person. The area felt peaceful, and parking was right by the building. Shops, a laundromat, an ATM, and other places were only a few meters away, while the beach and Aqualand were about a five-minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

The whole apartment smelled of sewage, and when we complained, nobody got back to us. That was after being told on arrival to report any problems so they could be dealt with quickly. The hygiene was awful too: dirty dishes, a disgusting bathroom, and a filthy microwave. Shameful. Avoid this residence.
