Our flight was cancelled, so we ended up staying here. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. There are a few takeaway places nearby, and even after midnight the local train station has vending machines.

We slept really well, it was so quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are nicely done with a great bathroom, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a secure place to keep our bikes. The station, canal, historic centre and restaurants are all nearby. The hotel has been renovated, and the staff really try to help, so I wouldn't pay attention to those old negative reviews. I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Agen.

They wouldn't let me see the room before renting it, so I couldn't cancel. The receptionist said that's the rule.

The air conditioning was good, but our twin room had a third bed and the space was unacceptably cramped. The parking information was misleading too. It's not on the hotel grounds. You have to drive around the block and leave the car in the town's general car park, then walk back a long way. That was hard with luggage, a child, and walking difficulties.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and there was a good choice at breakfast. Staff speak English, and they're also happy to let you practice your French.
