The bed was really comfortable, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good for Paris, especially at a reasonable price. The bathroom needs work, though: rusty plumbing, a shower curtain that's too short, and water that never seemed to get cold. There can also be street noise at night.

The room was clean, but being on the top floor meant I was asked to take the stairs. Luckily, it was just one night.

They quoted a price over the phone when I booked, and the welcome was pleasant. Good service.

They didn't even know where the hospital at the end of the street was, then hung up on me. I strongly advise against this place.
