The location is really good, and the staff are consistently nice and helpful. There’s a gym and laundry, with all kinds of everyday conveniences nearby. Highly recommend!

An awful place.

A third party rented me a studio for a business trip, and it was a miserable stay. The building is outdated, the common areas weren’t kept up, and the hallways were dirty. There was constant noise, especially at night, and I even had to deal with cockroaches during the three weeks when I was changing accommodations frequently. The residents were inconsiderate and disrespectful. A mediocre place with residents to match.

Iaorana 🌺 I was at Résidence Columba with my husband from December 28th to January 3rd, 2026. He’s currently a resident, and it was my first time in France. I enjoyed the stay so much, especially spending New Year’s Eve together. I’m from Polynesia, so I found the cold a little hard to handle 😄, but I’m very happy to return next month and hopefully adjust better. The accommodation was clean, quiet, and well looked after, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Shops nearby make the location really convenient for daily life. I haven’t met the staff yet, but everything went very well. Thanks so much to all of them. I recommend this residence for its peace, cleanliness, and location.
