Marie’s yoga class gave us just the chance to properly switch off. We also spent time in the sauna, by the lovely pool, and playing petanque. The mountain views were breathtaking, like a postcard, and Alexis and Marie made our group feel at home as soon as we arrived. We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at The Old Aiglun, and we’re already talking about coming back. It was the perfect rural retreat.

The team were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a lovely base for exploring, though you could just stay put and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Such a stunning hidden gem for relaxing and unwinding.

After a day out, we found the swimming pool and sauna made it easy to relax. We loved having those facilities available.

The scenery around the property left us speechless. If you’re into nature and spectacular landscapes, this is a place you have to stay.

Marie and Alexis, the owners, gave us an incredibly warm welcome, and we had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in a remarkable setting. The location is beautiful, and it’s especially suited to anyone who enjoys nature and peace and quiet. If you’re staying in the Alpes de Haute Provence, I highly recommend Le Vieil Aiglun. If you get the chance, book a table at the hosts' table too, Alexis prepared delicious dishes.
