Les Jardins du Canal

The breakfast was the highlight of our trip, with fresh baked goods each morning. We could even smell the warm bread from our room. The owners were wonderful too. When nearby shops were closed and we needed something for our infant, the manager stepped in straight away. The rooms are nice, there's a lovely pool, and the hotel sits beside the canal and the viarhona cycle path. Restaurants and shops are plentiful just a short walk away from the center. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks for everything!

There are thoughtful little extras everywhere, from the guest lounges and bookshelves to games and toys for kids, all neatly arranged. We got a lovely welcome, plus a bottle of water on arrival. The rooms are well lit and everything worked. Guests can make tea or coffee in the lounge, and there's a lovely spread of local snacks and small meals. The gardens lead right to the canal path. The staff were lovely, and we'd definitely come back. Outstanding little hotel.

After a day's cycling on the via Rhona, it was lovely to sit by the canal with a glass of wine in the sun, then walk into town and find so many restaurants to choose from. The location worked perfectly for our ride. Service was great, the rooms were spotless, and breakfast was first class.

We rode here and found a good spot for our bikes in the garage, with places to charge them. The pool and terrace looked lovely, though it wasn't warm enough for us to use them this time. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt warm and welcoming. It's in a fabulous location.
