The location was really nice, and our host was great. The rooms were lovely too, and the food was great.

We felt right at home at La P’tite Auberge, so much so that we started our trip with two nights there and are finishing it there too. It's a lovely base in the middle of the charming village of Aiguilles for exploring the Queyras region. The hostess welcomed us perfectly, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was excellent. It was simple cooking made with quality ingredients, especially local ones.

The hostess was so friendly, and the home-cooked meals were delicious. We were comfortable here and would happily return. It's a lovely hostel, and the rooms are simply excellent.

The six-bed dorm was clean and very nice, and the location is excellent for hikers. The owner was really friendly and even offered us coffee as we were leaving, although we hadn't ordered breakfast. I didn't eat there, though the tartiflette looked delicious. The shower worked, but it was very basic, with nowhere to put soap, no temperature control, and a push button you had to press often.

The welcome was fine, and the hostel is very basic, but it works for a stopover. The food wasn't great and could be a bit better. The big problem was the huge number of flies in the rooms and shared areas. It was really unpleasant.
