Chalet L'Edelweiss

We enjoyed walking to the village center as a family on several evenings for the entertainment, and it’s conveniently close. The accommodation suited us perfectly for a stay in the snow, with an open sunny view and good equipment. It’s near a family-friendly ski resort, and Martine is very welcoming. We’d gladly return.

Madame Bouvier warmly checks in to make sure I’m comfortable each time I rent her ground-floor studio, as I’ve done for several years. The rustic decor and comfortable bedding suit the magnificent view, and all the household essentials are provided. It’s also close to the shops and village without having too steep a slope. I can’t wait to go back next September!

Martine was a helpful, welcoming host with excellent advice, and the apartment was quiet and relaxing. It was very clean and pleasant, with a superb view. We were pleasantly surprised by how well located it was: five minutes on foot to the ski lift and children’s magic carpet, five minutes by car to the cheese shop, and twelve minutes by car to the Aillon Margeriaz resort for skiing and dog sledding. We had a lovely stay.

Martine welcomed us so warmly and was always there when we needed help. She was a great support after my son had a minor accident. We had a lovely stay in a spacious, very well-equipped apartment with a clear view over the valley. The resort is family-friendly, and the Aillons Margeriaz 1400 ski area is just a 15-minute drive away. We’d gladly come back.
