The buffet was very nice and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids' meals were only 6 euros, but my daughter hated the kids' burger and ate just two bites. With my picky kids, I'd probably choose McDonald's next time. For me, though, it was a nice setting at the right price.

We had a confirmed booking through booking.com but couldn't check in because the desk staff said there was no reservation. The woman there was rude and would only let us check in at a higher price. None of the staff were wearing masks. They need better service training as soon as possible. Incompetence would be an understatement.

They charged an extra 5 euros for my cat. The bed was awful and creaked whenever I moved, all night long. The walls are thin too, and I could hear my neighbor vomiting through the night.

The reception was good, but the room was dirty. We won't be going back.
