Chambres d'hôtes- Le Pré aux Ânes

The homemade meals were high quality, and Jacques and his wife made dinner feel especially welcoming. We also had a spacious room, "Bleuets," with quality bedding during our three-night stay. It’s a shame they’re retiring at the end of the year, though they’ve certainly earned the chance to enjoy it.

The gîte is in such a peaceful setting, with donkeys for neighbors, and we loved being there. Our downstairs family room was lovely, with lots of room for the children to play and a nice pool for cooling off. We were welcomed warmly, and breakfast was simple but good.

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and spending time with the four donkeys. Jacques was welcoming and always available. Our "Kiwi" room was spacious and very clean, and both meals were lovely: dinner was delicious, generous, and made by Jacques with fresh ingredients, while breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

We spent the first leg of our cycling trip here, right by the pool, and found it wonderfully peaceful. Jacques and Pascale gave us a warm welcome and excellent service. We hadn’t planned on having a meal, but our hosts had thought of everything and cooked us something delicious so we didn’t need to get back on our bikes to find food. Breakfast was fantastic too, with excellent bread. Thanks to Jacques and Pascale for everything!
