A handy, cozy base for exploring Aix-en-Provence. The flats are in the center, close to the Rotonde and about a ten-minute walk from the station. Our studio was modern and had everything we needed for either a short or longer stay, including heating and air conditioning, plus a kitchenette with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was modern and practical. There’s also free self-service laundry on the ground floor. Highly recommend it.

I chose this room because I needed WiFi and the listing said there was a washer and dryer in the kitchenette. The WiFi didn’t work for me. They provided several passwords, but none for the only network I could find. There is a washer and dryer, but they’re in a laundry room and were already in use. I couldn’t get in touch with staff either, since my emails and phone calls went unanswered.

The location is VERY close to the city CENTER, and the room was cozy and nicely furnished. We had a rental car, which made parking difficult since there’s no free parking nearby. Still, we recommend it :) 😁

The customer service was horrible. We waited five hours for the manager to call back with the access code. Eventually we had to cancel and find somewhere else, and our whole weekend was ruined.

Nice atmosphere and a good location. The rooms were clean and had kitchens. A vent fan would be useful when cooking.
