Google Maps reviews had warned us: they don’t answer emails, the phone number is no longer assigned, and Expedia cancelled by email at the last minute. If you don’t want to be left stranded just before your trip, go elsewhere.

The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, and this private residence makes a good base for exploring the splendid historic center of Aix-en-Provence. The apartment is a little dated, with a small bedroom, a bathroom and shower in separate private rooms off the hallway, and a small living room or study.
