Dirk and Patricia are lovely and very willing to help and offer advice. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Holzhaus sits in a peaceful, green spot, though Aix-en-Provence city center is only a few minutes away by car. I highly recommend it.

The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature just outside Aix, and the room was beautiful and extremely clean. It has parking and is only a 10-minute drive from the center, so overall it's a nice place and I think you'll have a good time. Still, a few little things were missing. There was no air conditioning, which made the heat uncomfortable, no extra toilet paper, and no option for a second pillow. Breakfast wasn't memorable either. The owner was kind, but didn't share any useful information, maybe because she's shy.
