The hotel isn't right by the market area, but shops and places to eat are an easy short walk away. The route was well lit and felt safe in the evening. Breakfast was lovely, and the hotel was clean and had plenty of staff. The concierge gave us a great tip for a country tour, then helped us get important ticket information for a concert at the Cathedral Saint Sauveur the next day.

This was my first stay, and I'd gladly come back. I loved the location, the staff, the food, and the culture, and I have no complaints. The whole team was extremely helpful. Mariana deserves a special thank you for helping my travel mates and me communicate much better in Spanish, since our French isn't good at all. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant was fantastic in the evening.

The spa and gym are on site, and there are both a Michelin star restaurant and a great casual one. The rooms were spacious, clean, and renovated, and the location was perfect for our stay in Aix. Above all, the staff were incredible and went out of their way to meet our needs. Manon and Catherine made my partner's birthday perfect, and also helped me with computer issues and recommendations. Amazing service, and we'll definitely return.

The family rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk around Aix and explore the surrounding area. We enjoyed the choice of restaurants and the bar, the great breakfast buffet, pool, steamroom, gym, and billiard table. The staff were friendly, personable, and helpful, and made our stay feel very special.

Most restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge/mini bar, and there's a gym and restaurant on site. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They extended our booking, helped with our bags, lent us umbrellas, and recommended restaurants when we asked.
