The evening staff were friendly and attentive, and the evening meal had a good choice. The coffee sachets in the bedroom need changing, though, and there were only net curtains. The heating was quiet and efficient. Breakfast in the anteroom wasn’t nice. Why not use the restaurant seating area? It’s a short walk to the bus connecting to the tram, though note that only 1 Tram system was working. Toulouse has an amazing, well-connected transport network: buses, metro, and tram. There’s a day ticket for 7 Euros, available through the app. My only real problem was that the hotel never received my question sent by email through Expedia' s App. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend it.

It’s a 13-minute walk from the hotel to Toulouse - Blagnac airport. The rooms are clean, and there are coffee and tea facilities, but no fridge and the AC didn’t work. It was a pity that both the bar and restaurant were closed at 20 h on a Friday evening.

The airport terminal is just a 7-minute walk away. The rooms are comfy, the shower is nice, and the service is friendly. Breakfast was 10/10, with loads of choice, fresh products, and crepes 😋🥰! You can hear planes at night, so earplugs are a good idea.

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, and you can walk to the airport.

The location is nice, and the room was decent, though it should have been a little neater. The pillows were dirty. The restaurant was okay and reasonably priced, but the receptionist was extremely rude. Poor service, and I think that’s why the hotel has so few reviews. Worst service ever, totally disappointed.
