The location is fantastic, only a couple of minutes from the Rotonde, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel was very well maintained and went beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be back often.

The hot shower was nice, and the location was good. The rooms were decent, but I wouldn’t stay here again. We booked a double, but were given two small beds pushed together. When we arrived at 8pm on Saturday there was no reception staff, and none came in until Monday. We were supposed to pick up our key from a lockbox, but the box for our code was empty. The next code we were given led to another empty box. They said they’d call back with a solution, but never did and stopped answering our calls. We eventually opened the other boxes without codes and found that our key had been put in the wrong one. There was litter on the balcony and under the bed. A sign in the room said guests had to clean the kitchenette and take out the trash before leaving. That hadn’t been mentioned during booking, even though the description advertised “hotel services”.

The location was good, but the room service was really poor. It was included, yet on my last day they asked me to clean the room.

This was my worst hotel experience. I found my belongings moved around, and the money I’d hidden in a backpack in my room was gone. When I got back, room service had apparently been in to clean, but the job was only half done: the bed was made, while the trash and dirty towels were still there. I reported the theft, but the hotel didn’t take responsibility. They initially said they had an insurance company and would refund the 700 Euros taken from my room, then later said they wouldn’t pay anything. There are no cameras on the floor, so the police couldn’t do much. The hotel told me it couldn’t help, even though it knew room service was at fault. This is ridiculous, and I strongly recommend that people avoid this hotel.
