The apartments are clean, and the bedding is excellent, which makes up for the somewhat dated feel. We had hotel-style service along with a fully equipped kitchenette. The balcony had a beautiful view, even from the second floor. It was a very pleasant stay, close to all amenities. The one small drawback was that the bathroom had no ventilation. Parking is limited, though we found a spot not too far away.

The studio apartments are spacious and come with the essentials, including a kitchenette and dishes. Dogs are welcome for an extra €5 per night. Guests with pets are given ground-floor studios with a small garden and their own entrance. Breakfast is available, and the restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The building feels dated and isn’t always well maintained. Our studio’s WiFi was completely unusable, and worse, the bathroom had no window and a fan that didn’t work. That kind of oversight shouldn’t happen.

We found this place for a short stay for our mother. The studio was basic but had the equipment needed, though it could do with some updating. There was a balcony and catering on site, and the receptionist was efficient and friendly. The residence is closing permanently on November 15, 2021.

Breakfast is served at the bar, and there’s no air conditioning in the apartment. The elevators seem to get only a superficial clean, despite the COVID regulations. The comfort feels dated and the place needs extensive renovation. For a supposed 3-star stay, the price is exorbitant.

It’s a shame, because the food is good and everything else is perfect, but there aren’t enough double beds. There’s no parking, either. We got back at 4 PM and tried to find a space, and getting to Aix means being able to walk.
