The receptionist who helped us at 6:30 in the morning booked a taxi just in time to save our flight. We'd badly misjudged how little time we had to get to the airport. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English, and checkout was quick. We had a great stay at this Best Western Hotel. The room was cleaned to a high standard, and nearby transport includes the train at Les Salines and buses, both a 5-10 minute walk away. There are also a few supermarkets close by. We'd stay again. :)

Breakfast had loads to choose from, and they even put together a small To Go Breakfast Bag when we had to leave before it started. The rooms were comfortable and had AC, and the Wi-Fi was pretty fast. There are plenty of parking spaces, plus four electric chargers and underground parking, which is handy in summer. The staff were really helpful and spoke English. Great hotel.

The restaurant was lovely and the food was good, but the service was poor at best, with staff not very attentive. Rooms were clean, and the facilities work well for families. The hotel is about a 45-minute walk from town. There wasn't a travel desk at all, and when we asked for advice, they sent us to the tourist information center in town. There was no English-speaking travel desk either.

The family room was large, with a stunning view across the harbor and city. We enjoyed it even more from the terrace in the evening. The pool is simple but nice for relaxing or playing with the kids, and breakfast had lots of choices. Don't miss the restaurant either, dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely hotel on the edge of Ajaccio.
