We were only passing through, and it suited us for that, though I wouldn't have wanted to stay a whole week. There are no restaurants close by, but there are other options. The hosts are so friendly and put in real effort, and the place feels like staying in someone's home. We enjoyed that, but if you want the feel of a professional hotel, you'd be better off elsewhere.

We especially liked the cool, comfortable room on the ground floor, which was a welcome relief in the sweltering heat. Meals and breakfast, with warm bread and croissants, were served in the garden by the wisteria, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good company. Do stay for dinner, or you'd miss a real treat. We spent two nights there over a weekend using a gift voucher. Thanks to our hosts. I'd recommend going without hesitation.

The staff were welcoming, though not very professional. The setting is pleasant, but the village is remote, in Lorraine, and there are very few nearby choices for eating. Watch out for the animals, especially the dogs. They jumped onto our bed and bit us.

I came from Lyon for a countryside escape and was greeted by Christelle and Willie, such kind and welcoming hosts. The house is beautiful, the setting lovely, and everything was very clean. I recommend it 1000%!
