Gîtes Sassone

The terrace view and the setting at 450m altitude were extraordinary. We were two people in the small apartment meant for four, with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Since we travelled to Corsica by train, we needed sheets and towels, and the owner next door provided them without any trouble. We had the pool to ourselves on all but the first day. The owner was always helpful with advice about the area. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a freezer for our cooler packs.

Mr. SASSONE and his wife were attentive and very pleasant, and when we raised an issue with the bathroom door, it was sorted right away. We were happy with our choice: the place was quiet, the pool was just right, and the view was magnificent at breakfast and dinner. After we left, they packed up clothes we’d forgotten in the closet and mailed them to us. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. SASSONE, for a lovely week. Sincerely, R.G.

That view was breathtaking, and we could never get tired of it. Ajaccio was also quick and easy to reach. We spent a week in the three-person cottage and found it hard to leave. The accommodation was clean and practical, and our kind host had plenty of good advice. A great place to know about and recommend!

The Sassone family welcomed us so warmly and generously. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the views were stunning: the Gulf of Ajaccio on one side, the Gulf of Lava on the other. We had a wonderful week with the family and would love to come back as soon as we can 😉
