I've stayed here before, so booked again for a group of 10 motorcyclists. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the beer was cold. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, with Cécile deserving a special mention for her assistance. The walk into town for a meal takes about 20 minutes if you have good mobility. I'll be back with another group in September.

The rooms are on the small side, as you'd expect for this class of hotel, but they were spotless. This is more than a budget hotel, with excellent staff, a well-stocked bar and restaurant, and a breakfast that was more than adequate. It's an excellent base for exploring WW1 battlefields and memorials. No complaints about our visit.

I’ve been back to this hotel a few times while exploring WW1 sites. There’s a theme throughout, the food is good, and there’s always someone around to chat with. My only problem was weekend noise from the nightclub across the road. Next time I’ll ask for a room at the back.

The staff here are fantastic, especially Cecille, Alexia, Alexander & Valerie. They’re friendly and professional, which makes this a great base for my trips to the Somme battlefields of WW1. Beer is the one drawback at €8!! Ha ha

Breakfast had lots to choose from and was excellent, and the hotel was good value for a budget stay. It’s also well placed for visiting important WW1 sites. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and got a warm welcome at this charming modern hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.
