After a 10-hour drive, we found hair and fur everywhere, the bedding and sheets hadn't been changed, the shower hadn't been cleaned, and the toilet was dirty, with urine stains on the bowl and excrement. There were no towels either. What a start to my vacation. I reported it straight away by email and asked for a refund, but got nothing. I'm still pursuing the matter with the chain's CEO. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

The loft was modern, attractive, and practical, and the whole family liked the decor and amenities. Even though we booked late, we got a quick reply and they were available whenever we needed something. We had a really pleasant stay, and appreciated the warm, friendly welcome.

We stayed two nights in the first-floor apartment and would happily come back. It was well furnished and had everything we needed, with the center of Albi close by. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Everything we needed was there, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay, and I'd recommend it.

We had a good time here. The staff were friendly and modern, and the place was close to everything, including the city and train station.
