The staff were friendly enough, and the location and price were great. But the hotel feels outdated, and parking came with a frustrating restriction: you couldn't leave or return between 8:00pm and 7:00am, exactly when you might want to go out. Breakfast was disappointing too, with cold eggs and packaged pastries; there was a little charcuterie and cheese if you got there quickly. We moved to the Ibis Centre, and it felt like a whole new world.

The rooms were spacious, with crisp linens and a big TV. Staff were helpful and on time with everything. I'll stay here again.

The hotel's location near Albi center was the one real plus. The staff weren't friendly or helpful, and room cleaning and service were unavailable, supposedly due to Covid. We had to check out by 11a even though Google listed noon. In the room, the TV didn't work, the cheap bedding covers slid off almost immediately, and the courtyard outlets were dead. The wifi was awful and never worked.
