For the same money, there are better hotels in Albi. This one wasn't very pleasant, and the staff were even less so. The price was low, but the service was limited too.

I'd avoid this place. It was the worst spot in Albi.

The hotel is well situated, and parking wasn't a problem. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were both welcoming and professional. We had a pleasant stay.

The owners' warm welcome is what stood out most during our stay at Hôtel Le Terminus in Albi. The outside may catch you off guard, and the decor is a little dated, but inside the rooms were very clean and the breakfast bar was convenient. Hot water took a few minutes to come through, a small issue beside the owner's kindness. It was once featured in the Guide du Routard and offers excellent value for money. I left delighted.

A comfortable, spotless, and spacious room made for a very pleasant night at Hotel Terminus in Albi. The team gave us a warm welcome, and I'd happily come back. Contact reception directly if you want to get a better rate than booking online.
