For a modest price, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. It's well located, not far from the historic centre. By my rules, getting what you want at this cost earns five stars. And the breakfast deserves a special mention, it was great.

The room size felt fair for the price, and I have no regrets about staying here. It's right in the heart of town, close to the cathedral and all the cozy restaurants. On my road trip through France, this was one of the best hotels I stayed in. Big thanks to the breakfast crew and reception staff, always smiling and ready to help.

Staying at this beautiful hotel was a great part of visiting Albi. It has a nice atmosphere, the staff are really friendly, and the rooms were neatly made.

The location in town is good, and the guy at reception was very friendly. We were there for the Grand Fondo World Championships, so the hotel had lots of cyclists. They let us keep our bikes in the room. The room itself felt a bit like university halls. Breakfast was a strange setup: with two hotels sharing the room, there was a dividing line, and staff would tell you off in French if you crossed it while you stared back blankly. On race day, they had no cereal bowls.

The staff were friendly and relaxed, and the rooms were large and clean. The beds, though, were some of the worst I've slept in. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room away from the elevator. It makes quite a bit of noise, and my room was right beside it.
