We had to find somewhere else to stay at short notice after arriving at Chalet de la Fressine. The owner had said the chalet would be ready and that we could settle in, but we found it run-down, unhygienic, and with an unbearable smell. We let her know by text, then got back in touch three days later, hoping for a refund or at least help with the extra accommodation costs. She considered it and refused. That was especially disappointing after we’d paid more by booking directly with her than the price shown on Booking.com, supposedly because of additional charges.

We had a great stay. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed, and it worked really well for a family. The hosts were very welcoming and kind.

The host gave us excellent guidance during our three-day stay, and the terrace had a stunning view. Such a pleasant place. Thank you so much ❤️ I’ll be back!

The terrace view was magnificent, and there’s plenty of outdoor space. It’s a cozy, clean place with everything to keep children entertained. The welcome and location were both perfect. Absolutely fantastic, thank you again!
