We’ve been coming back for more than ten years, and l’Ondine feels like home now. Stephanie and her team are so professional and genuinely attentive to guests. The hotel sits right by the sea in Algajola, and you can reach it by train. There’s a pool and direct access to the water, plus the restaurant is good value and a lovely spot for dinner by the shore. It’s all in la balagne, one of Corsica’s most beautiful, authentic areas. ✨😍

That vegetarian caponata was delicious. I really liked seeing a vegetarian option on the restaurant menu, and this one was so good. Highly recommend it!

The beach view is nice, but the rooms felt pretty small for what the hotel costs. It’s expensive, and the amenities weren’t that good.

We’ll remember these two weeks for a long time. We were on half board, and the meals were varied and high quality, with local dishes at dinner and a generous breakfast overlooking the sea. The staff always had a smile and a kind word, and the service stayed cheerful. Sylvia, Adela, Christina, Philippe and everyone else made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, modern, air-conditioned, and ready well before 3 pm even though we arrived early. We got a personal welcome and a tour of the patio, restaurant, room, and other areas. The seafront setting is ideal, with handy private parking, a lovely pool and patio for relaxing, and housekeeping staff who were both kind and efficient. We’d certainly come back.
