We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace, with spectacular views and food that was amazing from start to finish. I started with the asparagus, then had the best lamb I've ever eaten, and finished with chocolate mousse. Everything was cooked or prepared to perfection. Camille and Rosario were such friendly, cheerful waitresses and a real credit to the restaurant. The service was just as good as the food. I'd definitely recommend the place and come back if I'm in this part of France again. Compliments to the chef as well.

The setting is lovely for dinner outside, facing a stunning, varied landscape. On the other side of the Tarn there's a nice 3-4 hour walk, with beautiful views from just below the communication towers visible from the dinner tables. Dinner ranges from good to excellent, and the “grandma recipes” are worth trying. Rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff are friendly, smart, and accommodating. Breakfast is very good, except the coffee is weak, so I'd ask for a double espresso. A well-run restaurant and hotel.

Such a lovely village and place to stay. The service was perfect, which seems harder to find these days. I had a wonderful night, enjoyed the spa, the homemade food, and the full breakfast. Thank you for all the smiles 🙏
