Virginia was a wonderful host and made us a delicious full course dinner, with a small aperitif to start. Staying at La Posada felt like coming home, and it really lives up to its name. Our room was airy, fresh, and clean, with everything we needed to rest after exploring the surrounding forests and quaint towns. We also had a view from our terrace. We can’t wait to come back, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in the French countryside.

We had a girls’ getaway with the children and were welcomed like royalty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and always attentive to what we needed. The cottages are very clean and have all the necessary equipment. We’ll definitely be back!

We’d planned to eat out, but every restaurant was booked, so we ended up dining at the gîte. Virginie was incredibly kind to prepare dinner for us at the last minute, and it was excellent, just like breakfast. The place is truly unique, with a very warm welcome and impeccable service. Virginie and Pierre-Jean are wonderful hosts: adorable, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Virginie is also a remarkable cook. I recommend this bed and breakfast and cottage.
