A scam company. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ I arrived at this establishment on October 13th after booking through Booking.com. They told me it was already full and said I'd get a refund within 48 hours. Today is November 13th, and despite several messages and emails, the establishment is still ignoring me and hasn't refunded me. They can't say they didn't see or couldn't process my messages. On iPhones, a “seen” notification appears at the bottom left of messages. Then they accused me of threatening a staff member to justify not giving the refund. So first there's fraud, and then accusations against a woman. I've never seen anything like this in my life, and I'm in shock. This place should be avoided and boycotted! ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, and the room was clean. I'm a former manager of this establishment and never had any problems with the owners. I met the new manager myself this week. He's pleasant and attentive, offers a good breakfast, and has managed to connect to the booking platform. Since July 31, when we handed back the apartment clean and without damage, I've heard nothing from the owner about our 800 euro deposit. There were no issues noted at the checkout inspection, and he said he'd return the deposit quickly. Now it's September 2. He no longer replies, and has given my husband false appointments to collect the refund by cheque. My husband works and can't easily get away. We paid the deposit by bank transfer, and we have the unanswered text messages as proof. My husband and I rented the only apartment in the residence. The move-in was a disaster. On the day we were supposed to inspect the place and get the keys, the owner told me it wasn't possible anymore and that he didn't have time that day. I insisted because my son and I would have ended up on the street if we couldn't move in as planned. We were given the apartment in indescribably dirty condition, and were pressured to pay the deposit quickly. We did. We paid the rent on time every month. The place itself is clean and well maintained, but the owner showed very little consideration for us as long-term tenants. He treats short-stay guests very well, I have to admit, but I can't say the same for us. He treats us with contempt. People talk a lot about dishonest tenants, but what about some landlords? I'm posting this out of desperation. 800 euros is a lot of money for a couple with a child these days.
