You Hotel Amiens - Handwritten Collection

A comfortable, very nice hotel, right in the city centre. It’s brand new too.

We’d love to stay here again. The shower was clean and mold-free, with both a rain shower and a handheld head. The pressure was excellent, just right for a satisfying shower at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable and supportive, and the room had plenty of space. There’s no fridge, kettle, phone, or water, but the large TV, lots of coat hooks and hangers, and cubby holes make up for the missing cabinet. The cubbies help keep the room so open. We arrived late, but the gentleman at reception was cheerful and welcoming. There was also a handwritten card waiting on the desk, which says a lot about the staff’s service if they write one for every guest. The thermostat controls the lights too, and there’s a speaker in the false ceiling for music, though we didn’t try it. I hope the hotel keeps up the shower cleaning standard, and adds a way to contact reception without leaving the room.

Madly and Charlotte are really lovely. The hotel is new and perfect. I like it.

We had a wonderful stay, and the welcome was very warm. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the shared areas are spacious, and breakfast is generous. It’s a beautiful, brand-new hotel with a fantastic gym, right in the city center and near the train station. Thank you!
