It’s a bright, roomy, cozy cottage, and a handy base for visiting lots of Christmas markets around Colmar.

Our hostess was charming and wonderful. The gîte was clean, practical, and nicely placed on the Alsace Wine Route, between Colmar and Strasbourg, which made it easy to see the beautiful Alsatian villages. We’d happily recommend staying here.

Set in an Alsatian house, the apartment had everything we needed for a few days. The landlady welcomed us very warmly.

We got a very warm welcome, plus lovely gifts of homemade jam and a bottle of wine. The place was clean, though rather dated and in need of a serious refresh. Sadly the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, even with the password, since the network couldn’t be found.
